Immersive Online Trainings
Improve your assessments, manual skills and training plans with this 3-step immersive online training in the Madeline Black Method™, a movement approach designed for advanced movement and Pilates teachers.
Under the guidance of Madeline Black, participants will fully immerse themselves ultimately gain skills, confidence and clarity in their approach with clients. Students will end each session with the ability to see movement patterns, evaluate them, and create effective plans unique to each client.
Becoming a Madeline Black Method™ practitioner gives each practitioner the recognition of being an advanced level teacher in the movement and Pilates fields.
Series 1:
In Series 1, a 5-week virtual training with Madeline, you will learn valuable tools to elevate your assessments of movement patterns. You will focus on understanding and identifying preferred patterns in your clients and learn troubleshooting techniques for each body section covered in Series 1.
After completion of Series 1, you will earn 16 hour credit towards a certificate of completion in the Madeline Black Method™ as well as NCPT CEC hours.
Series 2:
In Series 2, take a deeper dive into the Madeline Black Method™ and develop a holistic, comprehensive and effective approach to working with clients - grounded in anatomy, kinematics and the tensegrity model.
This second 5-week training goes beyond the foundational training of Series 1 and will propel you even further - giving you more tools, more assessments and more pieces of the puzzle.
*Series 1 is a prerequisite for Series 2
Series 3:
In Series 3, conclude your training and expand your work with a focus on the relationship between the Sacrum and Sternum as well cranial, proprioception/interoception and the nervous system.
This series will follow the same format as the two prior series with movement classes, lectures, case reports and breakout room summary sessions.
