Master the Method
with Series 3
Master your proficiency of the Madeline Black Method™ with Series 3
In Series 1 and 2, you gained the foundational skills to prepare the body. With Series 3, you will go beyond the physical body to understand energetic shifts and the relational motions within the joints and connective tissues in a deeper, more profound way.
Through the flow of movement, you will master your skills to understand the body’s intelligence and improve the body to its fullest potential. The approach is through the lens of applied biotensegrity: everything moves even on the cellular level.
Series 3 will follow the same structure as prior courses with new topics. Each week will start with movement class, lectures, and case reports. Mid-week will be used for study and practice/homework time, followed by breakout room summary sessions ending the week.
