In this dynamic and immersive movement masterclass, we’ll explore the science and importance of warming up before high intensity movements and learn the fundamentals of myofascial movements for an active recovery.
In this class you will
Mobilize your joints + increase your heart rate
Improve your range of motion + learn effective ways to prime your body for optimal workout results
Explore myofascial recovery for improved range and awareness (while reducing aches and soreness that can come intense workouts)
You’ll leave this class energized with clear and concise warm-up and recovery methods that will maximize workouts and promote optimal results, whether for yourself or clients.

• Wall space
• Soft roller
• Long strong theraband or 41” (104 cm) band (place to attach theraband as a door)
• Pole 36 inches (92cm)
• Small 2-5” (3-12 cm) soft ball, preferably air filled
• Yoga block
• 2 light weight hand weights or wrist weights 1-2 lbs. (.5-1kg)
