Biotensegrity Walking Forward

Read the blog post "Whole Body Connecting Force: Biotensegrity for Movement", especially the section near the image of the spring moving. The pretension of the opposite direction of the movement prior to moving into that direction will evoke a facial recoil effect. In this next series of walking, I use a theraband to pretense the step creating a spring like effect to the step. It is very simple but effective. And it is fun to be sprung along as you walk! This is useful for strength, balance and fascial training.
