Swimming on Two Rollers
Lie on the two rollers as you did with Extension on Two Rollers. Extend the body and perform the alternating lifting movement of the arm with the opposite leg. Repeat with the other arm and opposite leg. Perform this solwly at first to feel the balance on the rollers and the control the range of movement while "swimming". Then you may increase the speed. Perform this for 10 repetitions, counting both sides as 1. Or simply count each movement to 20. There is a nice training effect to practice the Extension on Two Rollers followed by the Swimming on Two Rollers.
