Spiral Standing Part 2
Hopefully, you have the flow and ease of Standing Spiral 1 from last week's video. Mid way through the spiral, you will be in a wide stance. In dance, we call is second position. Pause here and jump and as you land flow into the end half of the spiral. You can add jumps, start with one, then do two and so on. Do not be particular about details of the movement. Feel the continuous spiral, transfer of weight and the moment in the air.
