Extension on Two Rollers
Lying on two rollers supports the pelvis and the ribcage when extending the body. The roller is placed across your pelvis in a place that feels comfortable and you can balance. The rib roller is across the ribcage in a comfortable place where the lower ribs begin to V out. Use your hands on the pelvis roller, to press into the roller to assist in creating trunk by engaging the armpit muscles (latissimus dorsi and pectorals). Lift both legs off and feel a long line from the feet through the crown of the head. Inhale as you lengthening out, hold and breathtwo full breaths, on your exhale lower down. Repeat this 8-10 times.
