As in the first two Biotensegrity Walking videos, this is side stepping. This recruits the adductors and abductors in a pretension to facilitate the side ways step. Strengthening the fascial recoiling and adaptability of the medial (inner) and lateral (outer) hip muscles are very improtant to hip health, balance and support of the torso. And this is a direction we rarely move in our daily lives.
