Biotensegrity Footwork on the Wall
You will need a strong theraband, medium size ball and of course a wall. Please read the genereal blog post "Whole Body Connecting Force: A Biotensegrity Model for Movement" before trying the next series of movements. What makes these movements biotensegrity are three aspects. One is the preparatory counter movement, the recoil concept and kinetic activity with a quiet landing. Of course, these movements require fine motor skills. Begin slowly to practice the fine motor skills. Try to coordinate the specific sequencing. Watch the video entirely before trying so you can follow the sequencing. The video explains in detail the movements and what to focus on during the exercise.
